The Art of Done (AOD) originated out of discussions from Calm In The Chaos podcast centered around the mental health practices for project management professionals. AOD is not about doing less or lowering standards. It is an intentional approach that helps project management professionals close their workday with the same discipline they use to lead projects. It creates clear cues that tell the brain the work is contained and tell the body it is safe to stand down.

When practiced consistently, the impact is real. Better recovery, clearer focus, and more sustainable performance, at work and at home. The workday stops crossing over into personal time, and the next day starts with clarity instead of carryover.

High performance is not just about how we execute. It is also about how we close.
