Michele Badie is a Workforce Development Strategist and a practicing PMP, PMI-CPMAI, and SCRUM-certified Program Manager known for delivering practical solutions to the financial, legal services, and retail industries.

Through her professional development platform, Skills Recharged®, Michele teaches professionals how to assess and develop the industry skills that inspire agility, creativity, innovation, and implementable solutions. She encourages them to Keep Your Stride® by prioritizing mental health.

Her podcast, Career Tipper®, reflects that same practicality, grown out of her tenure in Career Services in for-profit higher education. Her personal mental health journey led her to co-host the podcast, Calm in the Chaos, which focuses on the mental health of project management professionals with a licensed therapist. Michele is the 2024 Women of Project Management Community Impact Award recipient and a 2026 Kiwanis Amplify Content Expert.
